We ship anywhere in the U.S.! Candy samplers ship free. Orders ship Monday—Friday. Orders received after 12pm EST Friday may ship on the following Monday. Upon shipping you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Please note that shipping data may take 24 hours to update.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING DURING WARM MONTHS?
We strongly suggest expediting shipping (email us for options), especially for orders containing chocolate.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food items. If there’s a problem with your order, please call us and we’ll do our best to help make it right!

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY SAMUEL'S GOODIES?
Please store our chocolates and other candies in a cool, dry place. For best flavor, chocolates should never be refrigerated.
WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES?
Our candies are made with high quality ingredients that some folks may be allergic to, including milk, nuts and soy. So please be mindful!
